Welcome to Tinto (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”). By using Tinto, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Tinto is available to anyone with access to the Apple App Store and a compatible iOS device. There are no additional age restrictions beyond those set by Apple. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so under local laws and Apple’s policies.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Tinto only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the App to create or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the App’s operation or security
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the photos and content you create using the App. Tinto does not store or upload your photos without permission.

You grant us permission to:

• Access photos only with your explicit iOS permission
• Use anonymized, non-personal usage data to improve the app

We do not:

• Claim ownership of your content
• Share or sell your content
